1st Annual Able Malt Cup

It’s sorta like the World Beer Cup, but…smaller…and maltier. We’ve teamed up with our pals at Midwest Supplies and a whole buncha Minnesota Homebrewers who made beer with our own Hazlet Rye Malt.

We’ll have a pile of beers to try from our local homebrew community, judging, an award ceremony, awards, free stuff, door prizes for just showing up, facility tours, and industry beer pricing for any homebrewer. Best of all, the winner of Best Expression of Rye will get to take home the Malt Cup, and proudly display it in their basement or garage, far away from the eyesight of their roommates, significant other, friends, etc. Or on their mantle. You choose.

Rough timeline of events –

6PM // Happy Hour Social Seedhouse + Brewery Tours

7PM // Award Ceremony – WINNERS announced

8PM // Party , maybe even drink from the cup, taste beers

9PM // Go to bed, it’s a Sunday
