A style of IPA popularized in San Francisco using pilsner malt and juicy hops finished with a heavy dose of champagne yeast. Brewed with our buddy Cody Usher. Notes of ripe green apple, smashed white grapes and lemon zest aroma. Fermented to COMPLETE dryness and highly carbonated for a crisp, sparkling IPA.
