Join us for the first Smoked Meat Competition at Badger Hill! Bring your meat pre-cooked or smoke it in our lot. Taproom is open at 11:30a for all of your beer drinking needs.
At 6p we’ll set up the competition and our customers will be your judge! This is a competition for FUN! Winner gets a sweet Badger Hill prize pack.
A little bit of info:
*Our customers are the judges- we expect 75ish people (so prepare for a bite or two for each), judging begins at 6p!
*While we take smoked meat VERY seriously- this is a competition for fun! Enjoy yourself!
*The taproom opens at 11:30a- you’re welcome to set up in the side lot (we’ll have signs) before then but know you won’t have access to the taproom until 11:30a
*Badger Hill will provide plates, forks, tables for the food to be on once prepared- please bring anything else you may need
*Yes! Any type of meat is welcome. No eggs, cheese, etc. (welcome to bring but they’re not eligible to be judged)
*NO off-premise alcohol is allowed (only Badger Hill beer being served on-premise)
