Ever since the last fistfight in the cloister, Brother Vesper is not allowed to drink whiskey. Instead, he sips this, his potent daily ration. Flavors and aromas of sweet caramel, toffee, figs, plum brandy, jammy wine, cordial cherries, wood spice plus a gentle alcohol tug. Strong? Dark? Stout? Quadrupel? Abt?
