Brews for Brains - Fundraiser for the Alzheimer Association

We are dedicating a night of fundraising to the Alzheimer’s Association through Team Brunette on RivAlz Twin Cities to support their critical research, patient care and support, and global advocacy efforts.

Please come to the brewery on Saturday, June 23rd between the hours of 2:00pm and 6:00pm when we will be donating $1 of every special infusion beer sold in the taproom to the Association.

Did you know that every 65 seconds someone in the United States develops Alzheimer’s Disease? It’s currently the 6th leading cause of death and kills more people each year than Breast Cancer and
Prostate Cancer combined. This is not just a disease among the elderly, more than half a million Americans who are under the age of 65 are currently living with the disease and the prevalence continues to rise. In the last 15 years alone, the number of people with Alzheimer’s has increased by more than 123%.

The Alzheimer’s Association works on a global, national and local level to provide care and support for all those affected by Alzheimer’s and other dementias. Your donations go to helping the
Association accomplish their goal of eliminating the disease through advancement of research, scientific effort, and promotion of brain health.
