We’ve got some astronomic news, Summit fans! Our Summit Dark Infusion Coffee Milk Stout is a reentry into our atmosphere this Winter!
First brewed in 2016 as part of our Summit Unchained Series, this cold brew stout was so out-of-this-world good that fans asked for it to return again and again. So to help cap off 2023, Summit brewers brought back the beloved Unchained Series beer and brewed another batch of Dark Infusion.
But this year, there’s been some slight changes. Still rich in flavor and full in body, the imperial milk stout will continue to have roasted flavors from its specialty malt blend, sweet notes of lactose, caramel and chocolate and a bitter bite from cold-brewed coffee.
But this year, the coffee is from our friends over at Bizzy Cold Brew
Additionally, Dark Infusion’s time on this planet will be limited to just the Ratskeller while supplies last. So in essence our Dark Infusion’s event horizon of its supplies is limited to a handful of kegs, so be sure to head down to the Ratskeller on Dec. 21st and grab a glass before it’s gone forever!
