Say hello to Profit Motive, a mixed fermentation table beer aged in steel tanks for six months.

This beer was born from our mixed culture program, a natural
evolution of mixed culture table saisons. We were brewing a new batch for barrels and had the space to brew some extra that would be aged in a steel tank for the last six months. This beer is exciting to drink because the market just doesn’t have many low ABV, tart, bitter, and highly consumable table saisons.
