We are releasing cans of Hop Tun New England Style Wet Hop Ale!
This hazy New England Style Ale features locally grown hops from Callaway, Minnesota. The word “tun” refers to the mash tun which we empty out after mashing the malt, refill with whole-cone fresh hops, and then transfer hot wort to steep on these hops after boiling.
Hop Tun is brewed in the hop back with a wet hop blend of Cascade, Chinook & Nugget and then dry hopped with Chinook & Cascade Cryo. These hops can stand proudly on their own, but together they are unstoppable in this perfectly crafted, full flavored beer.
It has a super fresh character that you only get from fresh hops during harvest season. Imagine a pine forest washed with exotic spice, infused with melon in your mouth…irresistible!
