Früchte Peach Candies: an infusion that starts with Pom Blood Orange Fruchte – our sour berliner weisse. We then added peach ring candies.
the result: The tart sour beer gets a boost of sweetness and light peach notes!

What’s an infusion? We do infusions every Thursday – always starting with one of our regular beers, then adding different flavors using adjuncts like fresh fruit, spices & herbs, unique extracts, and more! Sometimes we mimic our favorite desserts, cocktails, barrel aging, fruit beers, or just experiment to see what you think of the end result! We’re not saying they’re for everyone…but if you find one that interests you be sure to get here right away because they don’t last long. We only make 5 gallons and serve it until it’s gone.
