Event Details
Ctrl+Salt+Del: an infusion that starts with “Ctrl+Alt+Del” for the base beer – our Northern German-style Altbier. We then added toffee flavor with a hint of salt.
the result: The toffee brings out the natural sweetness of the Altbier while the salt is ever-so-subtle on your tastebuds. A unique twist on a classic LTS beer!
What’s an infusion? We do infusions every Thursday – always starting with one of our regular beers, then adding different flavors using adjuncts like fresh fruit, spices & herbs, unique extracts, and more! Sometimes we mimic our favorite desserts, cocktails, barrel aging, fruit beers, or just experiment to see what you think of the end result! We’re not saying they’re for everyone…but if you find one that interests you be sure to get here right away because they don’t last long. We only make 5 gallons and serve it until it’s gone. Stop in for a sample, order a 5oz pour, or go for the full 12 ounces! The only restriction is we don’t sell howlers of them until Sunday – if there’s any left – and no growler sales of the infused.
