LTS Brewing Infused: Heat Wave
Event Details
Heat Wave: an infusion that starts with “Strawberry Wheat” for the base beer – our fruited berliner weisse. We then added some jalapeño!
the result: We turned up the heat on the strawberry wheat! The jalapeño sits in the background on this one, getting the refreshing strawberry up front with a wave of flavorful heat on the finish.
What’s an infusion? We do infusions every Thursday – always starting with one of our regular beers, then adding different flavors using adjuncts like fresh fruit, spices & herbs, unique extracts, and more! Sometimes we mimic our favorite desserts, cocktails, barrel aging, fruit beers, or just experiment to see what you think of the end result! We’re not saying they’re for everyone…but if you find one that interests you be sure to get here right away because they don’t last long. We only make 5 gallons and serve it until it’s gone. Stop in for a sample, order a 5oz pour, or go for the full 12 ounces! The only restriction is we don’t sell howlers of them until Sunday – if there’s any left – and no growler sales of the infused.
