Tropic Like It’s Hot: an infusion that starts with Tropicaleidoscope – our fruited sour IPA – then blended with lime früchte and infused with coconut.
the result: You can’t miss the tropical fruit flavors of Pink Guava, Pineapple, & Mango as they perfectly blend with the lime früchte addition. Just after the sour, tart flavors awaken your tastebuds the smooth coconut dances in to drop it like it’s hot!

What’s an infusion? We do infusions every Thursday – always starting with one of our regular beers, then adding different flavors using adjuncts like fresh fruit, spices & herbs, unique extracts, and more! Sometimes we mimic our favorite desserts, cocktails, barrel aging, fruit beers, or just experiment to see what you think of the end result! We’re not saying they’re for everyone…but if you find one that interests you be sure to get here right away because they don’t last long. We only make 5 gallons and serve it until it’s gone.
