LTS Brewing Infused: What She Had

What She Gad: an infusion that starts with our Pink Boots Brew “What She’s Having” – a NEIPA – for the base beer. We then added raspberries and pineapple!

the result: Juicy, hazy, and tropical with some bitterness on the finish! The hops in this beer have notes of tropical fruit, dankness, and a hint of coconut so it goes great with the additional fruit.

What’s an infusion? We do infusions every Thursday – always starting with one of our regular beers, then adding different flavors using adjuncts like fresh fruit, spices & herbs, unique extracts, and more! Sometimes we mimic our favorite desserts, cocktails, barrel aging, fruit beers, or just experiment to see what you think of the end result! We’re not saying they’re for everyone…but if you find one that interests you be sure to get here right away because they don’t last long. We only make 5 gallons and serve it until it’s gone. Stop in for a sample, order a 5oz pour, or go for the full 12 ounces! The only restriction is we don’t sell howlers of them until Sunday – if there’s any left – and no growler sales of the infused.
