LTS Brewing Infused: Wood, Weizen, & Blue
Event Details
wood, weizen, & blue: an infusion that starts with our weizenbock for the base beer. We then added blue agave tequila soaked wood.
the result: Notes of dark fruits, toffee, and wheat accompanied by earthy & strong blue agave flavor. The wood adds to the mouthfeel and finish of this beer, really rounding out the flavor profile. This one you’ve got to taste for yourself!
What’s an infusion? We do infusions every Thursday – always starting with one of our regular beers, then adding different flavors using adjuncts like fresh fruit, spices & herbs, unique extracts, and more! Sometimes we mimic our favorite desserts, cocktails, barrel aging, fruit beers, or just experiment to see what you think of the end result! We’re not saying they’re for everyone…but if you find one that interests you be sure to get here right away because they don’t last long. We only make 5 gallons and serve it until it’s gone. Stop in for a sample, order a 5oz pour, or go for the full 12 ounces! The only restriction is we don’t sell howlers of them until Sunday – if there’s any left – and no growler sales of the infused.
