A Gose (pronounced “Go-Sah”) is a style of sour beer brewed using malted wheat in the grain bill. Prominent with herbal and sour lemon characteristics, as well as saltiness. We have punched up the lemon sourness, as well as added watermelon to compliment the saltiness.
