About Pineapple Sour:
We decided to do a pineapple sour as an ode to the beach, to hanging out, to back yard fires and everything summer. While our raspberry sour is very sour due to the nature of the fruit, a pineapple is more tart. We selected a different strain of lactobacillus to create this perfect tart balance. Since Pineapple is a perfect balance between tart and sweet, we blended in a backbone of mango giving is the beautiful juicy/sweet roundness. This is the Pryes Pineapple Sour, available for a limited time in the Pryes Brewing Taproom.
