Terroir Field Day at Mighty Axe Hops

We’re excited to host our first-ever beer fest at Mighty Axe Hops!

Now this isn’t going to be exactly the beer festival you’re used to. We’re focusing our fest entirely on the terroir of Minnesota hops! Here’s how we’re switching it up:

1. Education is at the heart of this event: we want every attendee to leave with new learnings about hops, terroir, and beer.

2. Exclusive Beers: Our three (and growing) partner breweries are each preparing an exclusive beer highlighting the unique expression of flavor and aroma from MN grown hops. So far, Julius, Zenia, and Tropica hop varieties will be highlighted in various beer styles.

3. The Partner Breweries (so far) are; Fair State Brewing Cooperative (Mpls) and Unmapped Brewing (Minnetonka)

Field Day Schedule – Saturday, August 10th

11am: Arrive, check in, beers available

Noon: Lunch is served, Education Seminar #1 begins, Terroir Beer Flights

1pm: Seminar #1 Wraps Up, Farm Tour and Beers

2pm: Seminar #2, Terroir Beer Flights and continued beers/farm tours

3pm: End
