Local brews, food, and entertainment — all for a great cause!
Imagine sampling local brews in a beautiful workshop space while enjoying live music, eating tasty food truck offerings, socializing with community members and challenging friends to lawn games — all to support youth right here in the Twin Cities! We invite you to join us for our annual fall fundraiser event; all proceeds help fund our life-changing youth programs. Lets help them tap into their own potential, while we help you tap into some excellent brews!
$20 of the general admission tickets and $10 of the designated driver* tickets are tax deductible to the extent allowable by law. You will receive a tax receipt at the event.*
Admission to this event includes:
— Tastings from all six presenting local brewers and other craft beverages (see below)
— A pint of an event exclusive beer release from featured brewer BlackStack Brewing
— A classic screen-printed Untapped Potential t-shirt with 2018 logo
— A meal ticket good for one offering from a local food truck — The Anchor Fish & Chips, Up In Smoke Catering, or Buon Cibo (additional meals will be available for purchase).
— Access to the our exciting silent auction and the chance to win a canoe (and other prizes!) during our raffle
— Live music featuring local artists Wilkinson James and mike munson (stay tuned for schedule!)
— Lawn games including corn hole, giant jenga and ladderball
* Designated Driver tickets exclude beer tastings.
PLEASE NOTE: Online ticket purchases for $40 general admission and $30 designated driver tickets end October 5th at 5:00 PM. Tickets are available at the door for $50 general admission and $40 designate driver, cash or credit.

FAQs
How will the funds raised be used?
While we depend on event sponsorships to keep actual event costs down, we put money raised through Untapped Potential ticket sales and donations directly to serving youth. Urban Boatbuilders uses the medium of boatbuilding to help underserved youth practice work-readiness skills, develop confidence, and engage with hands-on learning. In 2017 we served over 1000 youth. This annual fundraising event celebrates the potential our youth have to build success in their futures.
Are my event ticket purchases tax-deductible?
$20 of all General Admission tickets are tax-deductible, as well as $10 of all Designated Driver tickets, as well as all donations. You’ll receive a receipt at the door. Designated driver tickets are not tax-deductible.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
We are right by the Raymond Ave METRO transit Green Line station and also have free parking at our building entrance (off Lasalle St) and directly behind the building (on Myrtle Ave).
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
Must be 21+ to enter the event — we will be checking IDs at the door.
