This 5 Course beer dinner will feature beer and food pairings provided by Sol Ave. Kitchen and Junkyard Brewing Co. Each person will get five tulips of beer paired with a different vegetarian course! Additionally, Chef Shea Severson of Sol Ave. and Allison Slavik of Junkyard will discuss the food, the beers, and why they taste so darn good together.
We are limiting this event to 60 tickets, so get yours quickly!

-February Fest – Soy Glazed rutabagas, curry, pickled jalapeño, basmati
-Diamond Flex – falafel, preserved kumquat, labne, hummus, chayote slaw
-Vince Vega – cold noodle, gochujang, sesame, golden raisin, seaweed
-Ultra Cloud – grilled broccolini, garlic poblano broth, queso, cilantro
-Swimming in Chaos – dessert TBA!
