Welcome To The North

We’re ready to welcome the world to the North this winter, and we’re kicking off the big weekend with a party in the courtyard.

We’ll have hot chili from The Bachelor Farmer, bonfires, hot cocktails from Marvel Bar, and our new Fair State Brewing Cooperativecollaboration beer, Keep the North Cold, on tap.

This event is free and open to the public.

What’s so special about this beer? Keep the North Cold is a golden ale that uses all Minnesota-grown ingredients. Most notably of these, it contains Kernza, a perennial grain with root systems up to 10 feet deep. Kernza doesn’t need to be tilled every year, so it fosters healthy soil that absorbs carbon dioxide from the atmosphere and locks it securely in the round. A portion of proceeds from sales of the beer will be donated to organizations on the leading edge of solutions to the climate crisis.
