Modist Brewing Meet The Neighbors Release

Our friends from Burnsville, Bricksworth Beer Co., told us they were moving in across the street. To celebrate our new neighbors and to introduce them to the neighborhood, we’re eating too much pizza and too many wings (not actually possible) while hanging out with our good friends. Oh, we also made a beer with them.

Introducing Meet The Neighbors, a collaboration with our new neighbors, Bricksworth Beer Co. A Cold IPA brewed with pilsner malt and flaked corn, hopped and dry hopped with Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe, HBC 586, and Cryo Columbus, then fermented and lagered with our house lager yeast strain.

Meet The Neighbors will be available at the taproom starting Saturday, February 18 and will begin to go to our retail partners Tuesday, February 21.
