Barrel Theory Brewing is a craft brewery in Saint Paul, Minnesota that was founded in 2017 by Brett Splinter, Timmy Johnson and Todd Tibesar. Some of their flagship beers include Black Lotus, a milk stout with coconut and vanilla, and Rain Drops, a New England IPA with Citra and Mosaic hops.
