August 8, 2024, is International Cat Day, created in 2002 by the International Fund for Animal Welfare. It is a day to raise awareness for cats and learn about ways to help and protect them. We’ll celebrate with guest ride leader Emma Mladek Bryant.

Led by Mario Macaruso and Patrick Stephenson of 30 Days of Biking, the Joyful Riders Club meets the second Thursday of each month at Fulton Beer’s taproom. Join us in exploring special experiences in the Twin Cities, discovering new routes, and building a welcoming community around biking.
We gather at 6 p.m., roll out at 6:30 p.m., and return to the taproom between 7:30 and 8 p.m. These friendly-paced social rides average 8 miles at a speed of ~7–10 mph. Each participant receives one free beer, THC drink, or non-alcoholic beverage courtesy of Fulton Beer.
Riders of all speeds and skills are welcome, and no one is left behind. Expect high-fives galore! Please remember to bring your bike lights to stay visible and your bike lock to keep your bike safe. We also recommend wearing a helmet to protect that amazing brain of yours!
