Dangerous Man & ONE Fermentary Collaboration Dangerous ONE Release Party

COLLAB BEER RELEASE! Thursday, April 18th, ONE Fermentary and Dangerous Man Brewing Co. present “DANGEROUS ONE.” Beer will be tapped at 7pm.

“Dangerous ONE” is a session pale ale with a delicate malt bill of 2-row pale, Maris Otter and Cara wheat which serves as a canvas for a hop-forward Pale Ale. D-ONE was then double dry hopped with a generous dose of Galaxy, Centennial, and El Dorado hops.

Everything comes full circle. Our old lead brewer, Ramsey Louder, had returned with his new project ONE Fermentary for a super special occasion – to brew their first batch of beer as a collaboration with Dangerous Man . We are honored and thrilled to have brewed their first beer with them! One Fermentary will be opening up in the North Loop within the year.
