Join the teams of August Schell’s Brewing and Pizza Luce Richfield in celebrating a time honored Minnesota tradition. . . it’s Bock Poking season! The fire will be roaring, the iron pokers will be hot and the Bock will be pouring on Thursday, February 28th at Pizza Luce Richfield.

If you have never attended Bockfest at the Schell’s Brewing Company, this is your chance to experience it before the official festival at the brewery on March 2nd. We will be building a fire and heating iron pokers until they become red hot! Then we “poke” the iron rods into your Bock beer. The heat will caramelize the sugars giving it a sweet toasted marshmallow and caramel characteristic. Perfect for a cold winter night!

All you need to do is grab a pint of fresh Bock, a hot iron poker to caramelize those hops and you’re on your way!
