56 Brewing Bourbon Barrel Aged Bottle Release

For the past 9 (soon to be 10) months, we’ve been aging Darker Territory, our double dark chocolate and coconut stout, and Sarlock, our Russian Imperial Stout, in Buffalo Trace, Four Roses, and Woodford Reserve whiskey barrels.

For months, our brews have been taking on the trademark characteristics of these bourbon whiskeys, and we’re finally ready to package and release them in bottles.

On Saturday, September 28, we’re releasing all six variations, available in 750ml bottles.

We’ve been testing and keeping tabs on these brews for nearly a year, and you can trust us when we say we’ve considered keeping all of this to ourselves.

And we’ll do you one better, too. On release day, we’ll have a limited run of Barrel Aged Darker Territory glassware available to enhance your tasting experience.
