Join us in celebrating the 24th annual Art-A-Whirl® presented by Northeast Minneapolis Arts Association (NEMAA) with Artefacts – Art, Bikes, Chalk!
We’re going all-out this year with all the things we love, including:

~ Chalk artists and a create your own mural station
