Bad Weather Brewing Co. will be taking over the Sandcastle Tap Shack this week! Don’t let the name fool you, this Brewery makes beer that is perfect for a sunny summer day on the shores of Lake Nokomis!
We will have four taps pouring some electrifying beer!
Sun Pillar Belgian Blonde – 5.1% ABV // 17 IBU
-Subtle spicy yeast notes are accompanied by the sweetness of Belgian Pilsen malt and candi sugar. Bubble gum and clove permeate. Summer in a compostable pint glass!
Munich Helles (Tradition Bavarian Lager) – 5% ABV // 17 IBU
-Crisp, clean, dry traditional lager character that pours pale straw and is brilliantly clear or stupid bright! Some will argue that it is the “Perfect Beer”. Those that argue different are stupid and not too bright.
Hopcromancer IPA – 7% ABV // 70 IBU
-Biscuit like malt character with lots of juicy hops. Generously hopped throughout the boil, and dry hopped twice for extra depth of hop aroma. Pineapple, citrus, melon, and just a hint of pine. OMG!
Windvane Red IPA – 6% ABV // 65 IBU
-Pouring a deep brilliant red, this is your go-to beer. A swift bitterness with piney, citrus and resinous flavors. All that and roasted malt layers that add complexity and keep the beer dry. It’s all about the hops!
