Barrel Theory S'more Support for ALS Release

BSG Sales Development Coordinator, Benjamin Bakker, lost his father to ALS in November 2022. With so many great memories involving beer, brewing, and Barrel Theory Beer Company, he wanted to honor his dad by combining their love for all three.

For the second year, @barreltheory in St. Paul, MN, is collaborating with Ben to release a new beer in remembrance of Hadley Bakker. The name of the beer: “S’more Support for ALS”, a 7% S’mores Porter which will be released on January 19th at Barrel Theory for all to enjoy!

“The release day would be my dad’s 62nd birthday. There was never a style he didn’t like, so we expanded our thoughts and came up with this amazing beer.” After release, you can also find these special cans on local shelves for purchase.

But it’s not just about the beer – it’s about making a difference. 50% of all sales (draft and cans) will go to the @alsassociationmnndsd, a foundation that played a crucial role in supporting Ben’s dad throughout his journey.
