Join us for a 5 beer, 4-course beer dinner featuring our friends at Broken Clock Brewing Co-op. Joseph Drake, a man of many talents, will be providing us with the best possible food pairing to accompany these delicious beers. Jeremy Mathison and crew will be in attendance to help the one and only Jordan Goetz, HopCat’s Beer Program Manager Extraordinaire, host this one-of-a-kind beer dinner experience!

Welcoming beer: Community Kolsch – Kolsch –ABV 5%

First Course: Mandarin Orange Salad with Vinaigrette and Walnuts
Paired w/Red Ale Riot – American Red Ale – ABV 4.6%

Second Course:Cheese Board w/ Charcuterie & Rustic Bread
Paired w/ Minute Man – New England-Style IPA – ABV 7.5%

Third Course: Pocket Watch Pecan Brown Ale Braised Short Rib Sliders w/ White Cheddar, Caramelized Onions, Black Pepper Aioli served with pomme frites
