Bauhaus and Alchemy are teaming up for an A10 signature class on CINCO DE MAYO so grab your mat and come reap the benefits of this amazing class.
Alchemy balances intense strength training, conditioning and yoga to change your body and renew your mind. Warm up with yoga, enter ten minutes of high intensity working through designated movements, cool down with yoga. Walk in antsy, walk out feeling more alive. Keep the good vibes rolling with a pint on the house post workout.
