Join us for the latest Dangerous Man adventure…CHEESE. We will be launching our cheese program at the Growler Shop this Thursday. Every month we will be featuring 3 different kinds of cheese for you to take home or maybe over to the taproom and enjoy. These curated cheeses will come with DM beer pairings, chosen by our own Maggie Pears and Rick Didora.

Also joining us for the debut, We will have baguettes from Rustica and Red table meats will be selling their product on Thursday from the Growler Shop:
• Boldog (our paprika pepper salami)
• Small caliber salami (Chet’s, The Vecchio, Chuck Fred, Salbando).

WE ARE THROWING A CHEESE PARTY!!!!

FAQ’s:
1. Will the cheese be pre-wrapped and ready to go?
YES, they will be pre-wrapped in 2-ounce portions.
2. Can I buy cheese at the Taproom?
NO, please go to our Growler Shop.
3. Can I eat the cheese in the Taproom?
YES, we will have cheese boards and knives available for use. And as always, feel free to bring whatever food suits you into our taproom.
4. Can I just buy cheese and crackers with some crowlers and enjoy at home?
YES, we hope you do!
5. Will there be crackers or bread for purchase?
YES, there will always be crackers and sometimes bread.

This month’s cheeses:

Fourme d’Ambert: a blue cheese from Auvergne in France made with cow’s milk. This blue cheese is beloved for its complex flavors that, while assertive and full, are still mild and milky enough to please a wide audience.

Brinata: a pure sheep’s milk cheese from Tuscany, Italy. It is creamy, delicious and light in taste and texture.

Lindenhoff Boerenkaas Gouda: a raw cows milk gouda from the Netherlands. With the maturity comes full, complex flavors that are sharp, nutty and sweet. There are hints of caramel and a crunchy crystalline texture.
