Brinata: a pure sheep’s milk cheese from Tuscany, Italy. It is creamy, delicious and light in taste and texture.
Lindenhoff Boerenkaas Gouda: a raw cows milk gouda from the Netherlands. With the maturity comes full, complex flavors that are sharp, nutty and sweet. There are hints of caramel and a crunchy crystalline texture.
