Eastlake Craft Brewery Pistachi-Oh! Cake Stout Release

We made some beer for the 500th time, and we’re celebrating with a style we’ve never done before. In a nutshell, we’re releasing a cake stout brewed with pistachios, vanilla and orange zest. We mashed a load of oats and midnight wheat in pistachio milk for this sweet pastry beverage, frosted with flavors of cocoa, marshmallow, and pistachio gelato.
