
Our fourth anniversary brings our annual Tsathoggua Imperial Stout release, at 11.1% ABV. This toad-like gargoyle of the blackest of brews was aged on American oak and Spanish Brandy, bringing unexpected notes of pineapple, orange marmalade, and coconut to the traditional cacao, coffee, and burnt caramel found in the style. Equally viscous and vicious, It pours out of the tulip like a torrent of black quicksilver, the opaque blood of the gods.
We’ll be releasing Tsathoggua (Suh-thog-wuh) bottles (limit four) and start serving it on tap.
We’ll also be tapping a couple infused kegs during our week.
The screen printed and gold-foiled bottle for 2018’s version was designed by Geoffrey Schley.
