Eisbock Release and Hot Poker Party

Join us for the release of the next beer in our #snowseries, our delicious Eisbock! Then from 5-8:00pm, we’ll host our yearly Hot Poking Party on our patio with head brewer, Joel Scott.

Hot poking is an old tradition of sticking a hot fire rod into your beer which then gives it the flavor profile of a delicious s’more.
We’re pretty confident that Northbound Smokehouse & Brewpub is the only Brewery/Brewpub in Minnesota carrying on this ancient tradition, so if you want to participate in this beer funtivity, put this event on your calendar!

The event is free, but as always, we recommend you dress warm for the occasion as we’ll be hanging on the patio with our beers.

The Eisbock sells out fast and is NOT available for Growler sales, so make sure you stop in for a taste, and get your true Minnesotan on by drinking our delicious dark brew outside by the campfire.
