
This is the fourth installment of the Member Design Series! A couple of times a year, a group of members sit down with our Head Brewer, Niko Tonks and create a recipe for their ideal beer. Melee Island is an Imperial Pastry Porter with rum-soaked Ancho chilies, cinnamon, cocoa nibs, coconut, and vanilla. ABV 10.9%
We will be will be tapping this one in the taproom on 3/7. Melèe Island will only be available on tap in the taproom and in bottles.

You can begin picking up your Melèe Island reservations on Thursday, March 7th at 4pm. Member bottles will be held until Saturday, March 9th at 10pm. Any unclaimed bottles will be released on Sunday for the general public to purchase.
