In January, our CBO and co-owner Tom Berg was invited out to Back Channel Brewing to collaborate on two different beers.
Class 100 is a Cherrywood-Smoked Wee Heavy with cherry, caramel, toffee and subtle smoke as it warms.
The Hartthrob is a clean-drinking Pils made with Southern Passion hops to give it a grapefruit and earthy hop character with a hint of strawberry puff pastry.
