A Fit Box Instructor will be on-site leading participants through a one hour fitness program. Participants will be split into small teams of 2-3 to compete against one another in a series of fitness challenges utilizing medicine balls, kettlebells, agility & speed circuits, sandbags, plyometrics, and more. Bring your A game because there will be SWAG up for grabs for the winning team!
