Come one, come all to the Fitger’s Brewhouse Brewer’s Dinner! We’re serving a lavish 6-course meal with 6 different Brewhouse Beers to pair them with. This dinner is for all parties, not just couples. This dazzling menu will take your tastebuds for twists and turns of savory perfection. While our Head Brewer is on stage telling you how the food and the brilliantly brewed beer all go together, remember to save room for dessert! The excellence of dessert is a Coconut Cream Cupcake with Chocolate Mousse filling and Chocolate Stout drizzle to rest your palate after this magical night.
1. “Perfect Egg Yolk” with Pico de Gallo on a blue corn chip.
2. Citrus Herb Vinaigrette Salad with Dried Apricots and Sunflower Seeds, Spring Greens inside of Bibb lettuce bowl with seared Tuna.
3. Lobster Mac & Cheese with Smoked Paprika and Breadcrumb topping.
4. Pork Belly with Wildfire & Peppercorn glaze, Parsnip Purée, seared Brussel Sprouts and honey glazed Carrots.
5. Date stuffed with Chèvre goat cheese and wrapped in Bacon.
6. Coconut cream cupcake with Chocolate Mousse filling and Chocolate Stout drizzle.
