BEER DETAILS:

Crema $45 12% ABV
Crema is our imperial porter brewed with piles of lactose sugar before resting in small format rye whiskey and bourbon barrels for over 19 months. The result yielded a thick, rich, creamy chocolate sensation. We blended the barrels into stainless for a secondary conditioning upon heaps of fresh and toasted coconut, and freshly scraped vanilla bean caviar. Blended to drink now with your cheese loving lactose tolerant companions.

Nillerzzzzz (Vintage 2019 Blend #2) $45 12% ABV
Nillerzzzzz is our barrel aged vanilla bean double stout. Fermented in stainless before aging in rye whiskey and bourbon barrels for 15 months. Our extended aging process fosters a warming spirit character, rich malt layers, oaky vanillin , and a thick luscious mouthfeel. We condition the blend on freshly scraped vanilla bean caviar from five different growing regions. Blended to drink now with your most adventurous friends and family members. Vintage 2019 Blend #2 differs from Vintage 2018 Blend #1 as it is a bit richer and has a distinct rye barrel character blended with a sweetness from the bourbon barrels. The body is thicker and more viscous with a more restrained fusel alcohol character. The vanilla beans in blend #2 are from Madagascar, Uganda, Tahiti, Tonga and Papua New Guinea.

Gathering In The Woods $25 6.4% ABV
This is our blend of sour red ale and spontaneous lambic style ale aged on Minnesota red raspberries and Minnesota grown Hungarian cherries. Resting in the bottle for 9 months this sour ale has low level of carbonation and bright assertive acidic tones which compliment the juicy cherry and ripe raspberry layers. An ale nearly 3 years in the making we are happy to finally get it in your hands.

Dollar Menu Pie $13 5.6% ABV
Delicate and deceiving. Fermented with an expressive blend of saison yeast and Brettanomyces. After primary fermentation in red wine oak casks, we racked this spicy rye saison onto over 4lbs per gallon of second use Minnesota grown Meteor, North Star, and Montmorency cherries. Laid down to hibernate in the bottle for over 200 nights. Recommended for spring drinking under a blossoming cherry tree with loved ones.

Joyce $15 5.6% ABV
Joyce Saison explores Minnesota grown plums, handpicked by our ebullient friends Jim and Joyce at their award winning organic Blue Fruit Farm. Our brewers selected two red wine barrels containing mixed culture, rye saisons as the base ale for these juicy little treasures. Months of bottle conditioning coaxed a bouquet of floral notes and refreshing effervescence. crack open this bottle to toast a celebratory moment.

Zone 4B $15 5.6% ABV
First brewed for a friends wedding beer and the response was so positive we had to make it again. We blended two wine barrels of mixed culture spelt saison onto apricot puree and whole Minnesota grown apricots grown at Hoch Orchard. We let the blend ferment for two months before bottling. Enjoy this delightful tart, refreshing ale during a sunny day weeding the garden.

Pudding Goggles $18 10.3% ABV
Pudding Goggles is our imperial pastry porter brewed with an absurd amount of chocolate malt and gently hopped in the kettle. A special fermentation schedule yields velvety layers of rich chocolate pudding tones. We condition the final product on mountains of house toasted coconut, roasted cocoa nibs, fresh scraped vanilla beans and aromatic cinnamon. Everything is better while drinking pudding goggles.

Pudding Dribble $22 12% ABV
Pudding Dribbles is brewed using fresh maple sap from Miller’s maple farm in Cashton, Wisconsin in place of water. A medley of specialty roasted malts whirl into layers of syrupy goodness. Post fermentation we treat this complex ale with house toasted coconut, roasted cocoa nibs, sticky maple syrup, oily vanilla beans, aromatic cinnamon and fresh ground coffee beans. Brewed for trips off the beaten path to your favorite sugar shack.

We will happily allow folks to lineup outside the night before, however, there is one stipulation–you must show respect for our city, our neighbors, our space and the beautiful patio that our team works very hard to groom and maintain. We will provide garbage/recycling.

These events have been great in the past and we expect no issues as we want to continue to offer this for many years to come. Let’s all take care and be kind to each other!.

FAQ:
Can we campout overnight?
Yes, but please be respectful of our property and our neighbors. Don’t be that guy or girl.

Can we bring our dog?
Yes, our patio is dog-friendly.

Can we lineup inside?
No. We will be operating our normal business hours indoors (11am-11pm) and want to make sure that those guests also have a great experience. The line for the Bottle Release will wrap around the exterior of the building, through the patio to our private dining area called the Pop-Up. So you may want to bring and umbrella or extra jacket.

Where can we park?
There a few different lots that are all labeled with Forager Brewery parking and also have a map of where you can park on our Facebook event page. DO NOT park in the Kwik Trip parking lot. You will be towed. Please please please do not block any business entrances.

What payments are accepted:
Cash or Credit Cards

What are the limits?
See above. Jk, limits will be determined at the time of the Bottle Release. But really, go back through and re-read this as there is a lot of good information and we need to get back to brewing beer.
