BOTTLE RELEASE BEER DETAILS:
Millerzzzzz $50
13% ABV
Millerzzzzz is a barrel aged, vanilla bean, maple syrup American double stout. We chose both small and large format rye whiskey and bourbon barrels with two small format maple soaked bourbon barrels for this blend. The barrels presented tones of vanilla, chocolate, spiced oak and rich maple and smooth booze which blended perfectly with the adjuncts. We split and carefully scraped the caviar from vanilla beans grown in five different regions. This blend got beans from Mexico, Uganda, Madagascar, Tahiti and Ecuador along with maple syrup from Miller’s maple farm in Cashton, Wisconsin. A rich delectable stout blended to drink within a year with your closest friends around a roaring fire.
Kitten Treats $40
11.5% ABV
Kitten treats is our barrel aged wheat wine. Fermented in stainless for over 4 months before napping for 24 months in small format rye whiskey and bourbon barrels from FEW spirits in Evanston, Illinois. Extended aging developed chocolate praline, raisinet, toffee, rich caramel, warming spirit and dried fruit tones. Pop this bottle as a dessert pairing at your next dinner party.
Pudding Goggles $20
10.3% ABV
Pudding Goggles is our imperial pastry porter brewed with an absurd amount of chocolate malt and gently hopped in the kettle. A special fermentation schedule yields velvety layers of rich chocolate pudding tones. We condition the final product on mountains of house-toasted coconut, roasted cocoa nibs, fresh scraped vanilla beans and aromatic cinnamon. Everything is better while drinking pudding goggles.
Pastry Chef $20
10.3% ABV
Pastry stouts are inspired by our favorite desserts and crafted into rich ales meant to be shared. We brewed this ale with many of our favorite specialty malts and lactose sugar which adds smoothness to the mouthfeel. In-house toasted coconut and Madagascar vanilla beans create wonderful tones of coconut cream pie with a chocolate crust. Share this pastry stout at your next birthday party with your dessert loving guests.
Wiscoy Valley $25
6.0% ABV
Blended in 2018, our first 100% spontaneously fermented ale showcases inspiration from lambic blenders near the Senne River valley in Belgium. Turbid wort containing barley and unmalted wheat was boiled with hops grown by our head brewer in 2012. Barrel vintages from 2016 and 2017 were meticulously selected and blended into stainless. For over six months, this ale rested upon organic black currants from our award-winning friends at The Blue Fruit Farm. Conditioned in the bottle for three seasons, we hope you enjoy the beautiful gifts of southeastern Minnesota.
Stoned Love $15
5.6% ABV
Stone fruits blend wonderfully with our wild foraged proprietary strain of brettanomyces. After tasting through our barrel stock we chose two barrels, both were single strain brett saisons which held juicy flavors of peach and mild funk. We then chose nectarines and locally grown apricots from Hoch orchard in Winona for a secondary fermentation. We bottle conditioned this tart, dry fruity saison for 5 months. Keep it cool and pop this bottle over a picnic blanket at the summit of your favorite hike.

Yes, our patio is dog-friendly, however please plan accordingly as the indoor restaurant is not.
Can we lineup inside?
No. We will be operating our normal business hours indoors (11am-11pm) and want to make sure that those guests also have a great experience. We do have a private event on Friday, June 6 out on the patio so please please be extra mindful and respectful of their event.
Porta Potty:
You spoke, we listened. We will have a porta potty available near the Forager parking lot for your use.
Where can we park?
There a few different lots that are all labeled with Forager Brewery parking. DO NOT park in the Kwik Trip parking lot or any other businesses that are open during that time as you will be towed and we are not responsible for that. We suggest walking, biking, taking an Uber/Lyft, taxi, or having a friend drop you off.

If you have an issue with someone else in line, kindly discuss it with them and try to reach a solution. We aren’t the police, your mom, or your babysitter.
