Fulton Brewing Takeover

We are proud to announce a special evening with Fulton Brewing at The Mill Northeast. Our friend Chef Brent Hanson is retiring his Airstream kitchen for the season. They are building a brand new, full service kitchen to be open in the spring and we want to feature his talents before the big launch! A prix fixe menu will be highlighted with dishes from Chefs Brent, Kieran and Andrew of the Mill. Our staple appetizers and current seasonal salads will be available as well as specialty crafted cocktails by Ryley and Caleb using Fulton product. We hope to see you there!!!
