Norwegian-style Alderwood Smoked beer, aged in fine Islay Scotch Barrels. It is is a mashup of Scandinavian and Scottish smoked beverages, Austin’s favorite assembly of beverages.
>> 2018 MIDVINTER ØL – A dark, roasty beer inspired by traditional Scandinavian Jul Øl. Rich and slightly bitter, with a touch of spices for the beauty of snowy Minnesota winters. Aged in Gamle Ode Aquavit barrels for several months. ****We will also have about 36 bottles of 2017 Midvinter Øl that we saved from last year. First come – first serve.****
