December 21 is the Winter Solstice—the darkest day of the year. In honor of our long Minnesota winters, we are releasing TWO bourbon barrel aged beers on tap and in specialty 750mL bottles.
Barrel Aged MN Rice is our Wild Rice Porter brewed to an extra-high alcohol percentage and aged for a year in Buffalo Trace Bourbon barrels. 12% ABV // 27 IBUs
Barrel Aged RIS is a supremely dark and flavorful Russian Imperial Stout aged in Buffalo Trace Bourbon barrels for a year. 13% ABV // 75 IBUs
