IPA Flight Night

Calling all hop heads, aroma admirers, and bitterness buds everywhere! Join us for our next taproom flight night featuring four IPAs from the tropical and sessionable, to the dry-hopped and grapefruity, and a couple in between. Test your palate and try out these hoppy brews side-by-side to send your taste buds on a ride that you’ll never want to end. Kegs are tapped at 3 pm and flights are only available while supplies last!

SESSION IPA

Low-cal, low ABV, and big hop character––who says you can’t have it all? This session IPA proves you don’t need loads of booze to make a delicious, hoppy beer. A blend of Simcoe, Azacca, Calypso, and Mandarina hops take center stage with loads of tropical, orange, and sweet berry flavors backed by a hint of malt to create this easy-drinking session ale.
4.6% ABV, 40 IBU

BLUE DREAM IPA

To celebrate their 10 year anniversary, we made Blue Dream IPA for our friends at Blue Door Pub. Inspired by our mutual love of dope beer and herb, this brew is light and hazy with clouds of dank hop aroma and flavor. It’s Blue Dream, now 100% legal.
6.7% ABV, 65 IBU

HOP DAB EXPERIMENTAL IPA

Inspired by concentrates in the recreational world, this IPA leans on various forms of hop concentrates. We dropped Mosaic, Citra, and Equanot hop oils right into the kettle for a crisp and clean flavor profile, then added a healthy dose of hop pellets to provide a bouquet of aromatics.
7.2% ABV, 55 IBU

TOTAL BANGER DOUBLE IPA

Our humble brewery takes the big stage with a double dry-hopped double IPA made in collaboration with Buffalo Wild Wings. Coming in clutch with three varieties of hops and wildflower honey, Total Banger is hoppy AF with flavors of orange mango and citrusy pine with a lighter body from a malt bill packed with wheat and oats creating a silky smooth mouthfeel.
8.3% ABV, 80 IBU
