We are releasing cans of a local favorite: Christian Bale Ale!
This beer is a hoppy, yet sessionable delight, brewed with whole leaf Belma hops. Brewing with whole leaf brings out more of the delicate flavors commonly lost during pelletization for a more full, rounded expression of the hop. Belma is a very clean varietal known for its orange, pineapple, strawberry, and melon impressions.
We finished it off by dry hopping it with even more Belma hops, and added some Citra & El Dorado to maximize the fresh citrus and fruity aromas & flavors, making it a hoppy but easily drinkable beer.
