We are releasing cans of Leopold, the first ever sour batch from our French oak foudre!
Leopold was aged in a French oak foudre with lactobacillus and brettanomyces. The mixed culture aging process gives Leopold a subtle, fruity tartness. We were inspired by the rustic nature of this beer to name it after the famous conservationist, Aldo Leopold.
