We’ve banded together with Falling Knife, Back Channel, and Venn Brewing to bring you the “MPLS Legend” Kölsch in honor of our dear friend Tom Berg! We’ll be rotating Kölsch service through each of our breweries in the coming weeks. Unfamiliar with Kölsch service? Here’s the rundown:
– The idea is to continuously pour small glasses (called Stange) so that your beer stays cold.
– Our bartenders (called Köbes) will be going table to table with Kranz (carriers) and dropping off Kölsch beer until you tell us you’re done.
– Each beer you have will be marked on a Deckel (coaster).
– Once you’re finished, present the Deckel to your bartender.
– Service runs from 4:00 – 9:00 PM.
