The latest in our Farm Series of ales, Big Louise, Belgian dubbel features Minnesota Grown malted barley from the Thunderbird Seed Company of Mahnomen, Minnesota. Their pale malt is paired with copious amounts of dark Belgian candy sugar and our house Belgian yeast. The result, notes of plum, muscovado sugar, and banana. A belly warming beer coming in at 8.3% to help you wind down winter.
