They just won Brewery of the Year at the Charlie Awards, and now you can enjoy a six-course beer dinner with Lift Bridge Brewing Co. at FireLake Minneapolis! Chef Keven Kvalsten has created six beer-infused dishes – including Pheasant Sausage with juniper and orange, Venison Loin rubbed with Five Watt Coffee, and more – each will be paired with a Lift Bridge beer. Guests will get a first look at this year’s Irish Coffee Stout, made with Five Watt Coffee, and Lift Bridge’s NEW hard seltzer!
The Radisson Blu Minneapolis Downtown is offering a special $99 room rate for dinner guests. Inquire when making your reservation.
The dinner takes place on Friday, March 1 for $59 per person. Reservations are required. Call 612-216-3473 to make a reservation. This dinner is hosted at our downtown Minneapolis location (31 S 7th St).
